for Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Textile Patterns

YOU WILL RECEIVE:
– JPEG file, 300dpi (let me know if you need it in a different file)
— RGB color
– 1 tile – 20cm x 20cm or 15cm x 15cm

– FULL drop/block repeat pattern

You will receive an exclusive or non-exclusive seamless pattern in digital file. Exclusive pattern colorways will only be sold once to one buyer. Non-exclusive patterns will be sold to multiple buyers. This is an instant download and no physical item is shipped. You may re-scale to your desired motif size. However if there is anything, please contact me and I will be happy to assist you.

SMALL COMMERCIAL LICENSE – Limited Usage

This purchase include a small license suitable for personal use or small businesses and fabric shops. You are allowed to print up to 500 meters of fabrics. You are NOT allowed to print onto other physical items (paper, wallpaper, cups, etc). You may use it to advertise. If you reach the limit, you can purchase the extended licence any time. 

EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE – Unlimited Usage
This license is suitable for big businesses and fabric shops. You are allowed to print unlimited meters of fabrics. You are NOT allowed to print on other items (paper, wallpaper, cups, etc.) You are allowed to use on advertisement.

COPYRIGHTS
All designs, illustrations and elements are original creations owned by Autumn River Studio of the artist Thu Ha Küng and therefore copyright protected. Autumn River Studio reserves the right to re-use design elements in any pattern. Each design will retain its originality. The elements may also be used in other products offered by our studio. Autumn River Studio reserves the right to sell on other platforms such as Spoonflower, Redbubble and Fashion Formula and etc.

It is NOT permitted to resale/distribute to other companies and claim that it is his/her design or creation. It is forbidden to make amendment to the purchased design. You are also not allowed to upload pattern files to Print On Demand (POD) sites. If the licence is breached, legal action may be taken.

PRINT QUALITY

Please be aware that color may vary slightly when printing onto fabrics. The designs are created on 300dpi RGB color.
You may need to print a test swatch and ensure the color mode is correctly set.
